Making a difference with data

Throughout October we’re shining our spotlight on how #DataDrivesChange, and saying thank you to more than 20,000 organisations who provide their insights through our Adult Social Care Workforce Data Set (ASC-WDS).

Data plays an important role in making decisions and driving positive change. Having accurate data about the adult social care sector and workforce is vital in supporting decision makers to create policies which make social care better for the people who work in the sector and the people who draw on care and support.

ASC-WDS is one of the most comprehensive sources of data about the adult social care sector and workforce. It’s used by the Government and other key stakeholders to make important decisions and shape policy for the social care sector. By contributing your data, you can influence this.

性事吧.com uses this data to create our annual workforce reports, including our ‘State of the adult social care sector and workforce in England’ report which will be published this month.

As well as contributing to sector decisions, by using ASC-WDS employers can safely store their staff records to support with workforce planning, recruitment and retention, learning and development, funding and more. Using ASC-WDS also allows you to benchmark your organisation to other similar organisations.

Our #DataDrivesChange spotlight will include resources and information about how you can use ASC-WDS to benefit your organisation and contribute to important decisions and discussions about the social care sector.
